year is the year of the Rat, Buddhist Era 2552
General Information
The Cambodian New Year celebrations will
be held for three days starting from Friday 11th April
2008 to Sunday 13th April 2007 at Wat Buddhrangsi Melbourne,
159 Clarke Road, Springvale South Vic 3172. Over 5,000
Cambodians are expected to come and celebrate this traditional
and cultural event.

- The celebration before Maha Sangkran, New Year Day:
Receiving Tevada Chnam Tmey (New Year Spirit)
(Afternoon) - Dedicate the sand mounts to the spirit,
