9:30am: Arrival of Buddhist monks
Offering of flowers to Buddhist statues
Offering of basic necessities to Buddhist prayers
Contribution to the ceremony and dedication prayers by lay Buddhists
10:00am Alms begging round by 8 Buddhist monk residents
11:00am Arrival of guests
Chanting by lay Buddhists
Accepting the five precepts
Chanting by Buddhist monks
Offering lunch to Buddhist monks
11:30am Speech by official guests
12:00noon Buddhist sermon
12:30pm Lunch for guests and Buddhist followers
1:30pm End of the ceremony

There are 14 Ven Bens in leading up to Bon Pchum Ben day on 19/09/2009 and the first Ven Ben starts on Sunday 05/09/09 (evening) to Saturday 18/09/2009.
