We takes you to Wat Buddharangsi (CBAV) at clark road springvale, also known as the Big Temple

Sida from ABC Radio and Rithy from "The Red Sense" street talk to local cambodian in Springvale melbourne victoria australia at Khmer New Year Australia.

Mr Thong Tel came to melbourne australia most earliest years 1975, and about 2 families at the time. He committed to start a cambodian community there. And in Sydney about 100 khmer people were there.

This time of the years a lot of visitors attending the new year celebration. A group of australian friends like cambodian foods like "pro hok"

Sopheap came to australia few weeks now and like attending the the celebration in melbourne australia and he say in cambodia the celebration is a bit different there.

He says, People attend the new year celebration only on weekend because the only time they are free from work and we need to improve and develop our temple to be better for the future.
